SUMMARY OR ABSTRACT
Text of Note
This thesis examines Old Testament Gentiles receiving spiritual salvation and whether Old Testament Gentiles are in heaven. It will also examine the relationship between Old Testament Jews and Gentiles. This thesis will provide a look at the "nations" and provide insight into God's desire for all nations to receive salvation. Scripture references the hope of salvation Gentiles had in the Old Testament. Additionally, case studies will be presented of Gentile individuals and the hope they had of God's salvation. The New Testament provides affirmation that Gentiles of the Old Testament did in fact have hope in God's salvation. The data will be synthesized into the interaction between Old Testament Jews and Gentiles. Also, observations are made concerning application of principles from Scripture concerning Israel's interactions with Gentiles. Finally, implications of the study are drawn for current application.
