The thesis attempts t within the space of eight chapters, to describeand evaluate the 'Political developments in Bremen in the years 1918 to 1933.Chapter I examines the course of the Revolution from November, 1911. toFebruary- 1919. Chapter II investigates the debate on electoral reformprior to November, 1918 and examines the various models suggested by theprotoganiste of each point of view.
