SUMMARY OR ABSTRACT
Text of Note
In this article we sequel and deepen the results of the research of the historical development and underpinnings of Moltmann's Theology of Hope. We will pursue this research by exposing and analyzing Moltmann's understanding of the imago Dei. Concurring with Moltmann's critique of Augustinian tradition-that is, his de-ontologizing of the image of God-we will, however, suggest an alternative understanding of the image of God more faithful to the Reformed tradition.
