Aḥmad Ḥusayn (1908-82) was an Egyptian lawyer and nationalist politician, and co-founder of the paramilitary movement the Young Egypt Society ( Jamʿiyyat Miṣr al-Fatāh). He was born on 8 March 1908 in Cairo, where his father, Maḥmūd Ḥusayn, was a civil servant in the Ministry of Finance. Ḥusayn attended the Khedivial Secondary School and the faculty of law at Cairo University, graduating in 1933.
