The Darü'l-Hikmeti'l İslamiye (Dār al-Ḥikmat al-Islāmiyya) was a high council that operated within the office of the şeyhülislam (shaykh al-Islām) , the Meşihat (Mashīkhat). It was established by an imperial decree issued on 5 March 1918.
