Arabacı Ali (ʿĀli) Paşa was the Ottoman grand vizier from late 1102/the summer of 1691 until the middle of 1103/spring of 1692. His birth date is unknown, but at the time of his accession he was an elderly man, possibly already in his sixties, and thus born around the year 1040/1630.
