The internal processes perspective reports on the efficiency of internal processes and procedures. The premise behind this perceptive is that customer-based measures are important, but they must be translated into measures of what the organization must do internally to meet its customers' expectations. Internal Business Process is a strategic planning and management system that is used extensively in business, industry, non-profit organization, government world-wide to align business activities to the vision and strategy of the organizations. While originally adopted by large organizations, it applies to organizations of any size or sector. Nigerian public corporationshave not been able to embraceinternal business processto achieve results. This study discussed the effect of Internal Business Process on Performance of Employee in Public Corporations in Nigeria. Organizational structure, training and development perspective, and technology were adopted to measure the employee efficiency and effectiveness of public corporations in Nigeria. Cross sectional and longitudinal survey research method was adopted to examine the effect of internal businessprocess on employee performance. The population for this study was three hundred (300) staff of the Nigeria Communications Satellite Limited, Abuja. 5-Likert Scale Questionnaire and observation was adopted to collect data; standard multiple regression was used to test the hypotheses. Findings showed that that internal business process has a significant effect on the employee efficiency and effectiveness of Nigerian public corporations. This is shown by their shown by their probability value (0.000, 0.000, 0.000 and 0.000) which are less than the chosen 10% significance level. This study recommended public corporations in Nigeria to provide well defined internal business processes into its service delivery and superior employee engagement programme that will lead to consistent service delivery, loyalty and commitment from the civil service personnel.
