SUMMARY OR ABSTRACT
Text of Note
User-generated texts such as reviews and social media are valuable sources of information. Online reviews are important assets for users to buy a product, see a movie, or choose a restaurant. Therefore, rating of a review is one of the reliable factors for all the users to read and trust the reviews. This paper will use the text of the reviews to evaluate the ratings. Moreover, we will study the effect of features generated from text and sentimental words on the prediction accuracy. We show that while using sparse matrix is not ideal for any prediction, increasing the number of the attributes in the feature matrix is not helpful in enhancing the prediction of the ratings.
