SUMMARY OR ABSTRACT
Text of Note
Titanium is one of the most popular coating materials which is used in different coating processes. In this survey different coating processes on the tool, materials have been carried out to improve mechanical properties and wear resistance. Also, different materials with bonding strength were used to determine the effect of the various chemical behaviour of coated materials on sublayers. Results showed that sublayer melting point should be higher than coating materials. Some other impurities result in decreasing melting point in grain boundaries and subsequently bonding strength. Moreover, the outcomes showed cleaning the coating surfaces before coating lead to 30% increasing the chemical bond and strength of coated samples.
