SUMMARY OR ABSTRACT
Text of Note
This publication is devoted to the lentiviruses of non-human primates, referred to as simian immunodeficiency viruses. These viruses provide valuable insight into the understanding and control of HIV, and they are currently being used as animal models in the study of AIDS pathogenesis.
