مقدمه و بیان مساله : کودکان همواره تحت تاثیر محیط خود قرا می‌گیرند و این امر بر رشد ، رفتار و عملکرد تحصیلی آنان موثر است .لذا تضمین کیفیت محیط کودکان و از جمله مدارس حائز اهمیت است .یکی از راهکارها برای بهبود کیفیت در نظام آموزشی بهره‌گیری از ارزیابی مدارس مبتنی بر ابزاری جامع می‌باشد .هدف : هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی استانداردهای محیط مراقبتی( فضا و تجهیزات، بهداشت و ایمنی، فعالیت‌ها، تعاملات ، ساختار برنامه ، رشد و ارتقاء کارکنان و موارد مرتبط با کودکان با نیازهای ویژه) در مدارس ابتدایی غیردولتی شهر تهران بود .روش نمونه‌گیری و ابزار : روش نمونه‌گیری چند مرحله‌ای تصادفی بود و از مقیاس سنجش محیط مراقبت سن مدرسه SACERSاستفاده شد .جامعه و نمونه آماری :جامعه آماری مدارس ابتدایی غیردولتی شهر تهران( ۵۳۰ مدرسه) و حجم نمونه ۶۵ مدرسه بود .روش تحلیل : در این پژوهش از شاخص‌های توصیفی( فراوانی ، میانگین، انحراف استاندارد، کجی و کشیدگی) و شاخص‌های استنباطی( آزمون‌های t تک‌نمونه‌ای آزمونt مستقل یومن‌ویتنی کلوموگروف‌اسمیرنف و تحلیل درصد تجمعی) استفاده شد . یافته‌ها : مدارس در شاخص‌های فضا و تجهیزات ۰/۰۰۱p ، بهداشت و ایمنی ۰/۰۰۱ p ، فعالیت‌ها ۰/۰۰۱ p ، ساختار برنامه ۰/۰۴ p با اختلاف معناداری پایین‌تر از میانگین معیار( میانگین ۵) بودند و لذا وضعیت مطلوبی نداشتند .و در شاخص‌های تعاملات ۰/۰۰۱ p و رشد و ارتقاء کارکنان ۰/۰۰۱ p با اختلاف معناداری بالاتر از میانگین معیار بودند و در شاخص موارد مرتبط با کودکان با نیازهای ویژه با استاندارد لازم اختلاف معنادار نداشتند و لذا از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار بودند .نتیجه گیری :عدم آگاهی کافی متولیان آموزش و پرورش و والدین نسبت به اهمیت محیط مدارس ، نبود ابزاری جامع برای ارزیابی محیط مدارس ، نظارت ناکافی بر مدارس و عوامل اقتصادی موجب عدم استاندارد بودن محیط مراقبتی مدارس می‌شود .کلمات کلیدی : ارزیابی، مدارس ابتدایی، محیط مراقبتی ، مقیاس

Introduction and Statement of the problem:Children are always affected by their physical and social environment, and this issue affects their physical, cognitive, social and emotional development, their behavior and academic performance. Since the child after the age of six which is an important period of his life, has spent an important part of his life in school, it is important to ensure the quality of the school environment. One of the solutions to improving and assuring quality in the educational system is to use a comprehensive assessment of schools based on a comprehensive tool. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the standards of care environment (space and equipment, health and safety, activities, interactions, program structure, staff development , and special needs supplementary items) in non-governmental primary schools in Tehran in 2018. Sampling method and tools: Sampling method was random multi-stage cluster. And the School Age Care Environment Rating Scale was used. Society and Statistical sample: Statistical society was all of the non-governmental primary schools in Tehran . The sample size was 65 schools. Method of analysis: In this research, descriptive indices (frequency, mean, standard deviation, inclination and elongation) and inferential indices (t-test, Mann-Whitney-Kolmogorov-Smirnov and cumulative percent analysis) were used. Results: In space and equipment, health and safety, activities p 0.001, program structure p0.04, with a significantly lower than standard mean (average of 5) and so schools were not in good situation. And in interaction and staff development p0.001 were significantly higher than the standard mean and in special needs supplementary items with the required standard did not have a significant difference and therefore, schools situations were good. Conclusion: Insufficient education custodians and parents awareness toward the importance of the school environment, the lack of comprehensive tools for assessing the environment of schools, insufficient supervision of schools and the economic factors have led to the lack of standards in school care environment.
