مقدمه :سکته مغزی از مهم ترین و شایع ترین بیماری های عصبی بزرگسالان می باشند که موجب مرگ ومیر فراوان و ناتوانی های بسیار در بیماران مبتلا می شوند .عوارض ناشی از این بیماری باعث افت کارایی در مهارتهای زندگی می شود و بیمار از راهبردهای مقابله ای ناموثری استفاده میکند .پژوهش حاضر به منظور تعیین تاثیر اجرای مدل پرستاری توانبخشی ماک) مرحله دردناک، خیال پردازی، واقعیت گرایی (بر راهبردهای مقابله‌صای و میزان مهارتهای زندگی بیماران سکته مغزی انجام شد .روش بررسی :این پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی تک گروهی پیش آزمون پس آزمون می باشد .جامعه پژوهش شامل بیماران سکته مغزی 55 - 70 سال بیمارستان امام خمینی) ره (و مرکز تبسم بود .نمونه ها شامل 7 بیمار مبتلا به سکته مغزی که با توجه به معیار های ورود و به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب شدند .ایزار گرصآوری داده‌صها شامل پرشنامه مشخصات دموگرافیک بیمار، پرسشنامه راهبردهای مقابله‌صای و مهارتهای زندگی بود .مداخله پژوهش به صورت اجرای جلسات 45 دقیقه ای آموزشی فردی، حین توان‌صبخشی جسمی و به صورت چهره به چهره به بیمار در بخش نورولوژی و درمانگاه سکته مغزی بیمارستان امام خمینی) ره (تهران و مرکز تبسم بوده است .قبل و بعد از مداخله میزان راهبردهای مقابله‌صای و مهارت های زندگی اندازه گیری و مقایسه شد .تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌صها توسط آزمونهای آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی تی زوجی صورت گرفت .یافته ها :بدلیل محدودیت های مطالعه، برنامه توانبخشی جسمی برنتایج تحقیق تاثیر گذاشته است .میانگین نمرات بیماران مبتلا به سکته مغزی در پرسشنامه راهبردهای مقابله ای (=(043/0 Pو مهارت های زندگی (=(019/0P در مراحل پیش آزمون پس آزمون تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد .بدین معنا که برنامه توان بخشی، بکارگیری راهبردهای مقابله ای موثر و میزان مهارتهای زندگی را در بیماران مبتلا به سکته مغزی افزایش داده است .نتیجه گیری :برنامه توانبخشی موجب افزایش سطح بکارگیری راهبرد های مقابله ای سازنده و مهارت های زندگی در بیماران سکته مغزی شد .

Based on the average scores of stroke patients, the significant differences in the pre-test - post-test coping strategies and life skills questionnaires were found.This means that utilizing of the rehabilitation program effected on coping strategies and life skills in stroke patients to be increased. Conclusion: The rehabilitation programs increase the use of productive coping strategies and life skills in stroke patients. Method: The quasi-experimental one-group pretest - posttest was conducted. The study population consisted of stroke patients 70-55 years in Imam Khomeini Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre Tabassom. The convenience sampling has been done and the seven samples were selected to inclusion criteria. Data gathering tool included patient demographic questionnaire, coping strategies and life skills questionnaires. Intervention study has the implementation of sessions 45-minute of personal training, During the physical rehabilitation and to stroke patients in Tehran Clinics Neurology in Imam Khomeini Hospitals and the Rehabilitation Centre Tabassom. Before and after intervention, coping strategies and life skills levels were measured and compared. Data analyzed by descriptive statistics and analytic paired T-tests and analysis of variance were analyzed. Results: Despite all the limitations of the study خ‍Fantasy phase خ‍Background: Stroke is the most common neurological diseases in adults that are causes extensive of death and disability in many patients. The complications of this disease can cause loss of efficiency in life skills and uses the patient coping strategies ineffective.
