In order to promote quality of care, educational courses on patients' rights, informing patients of their rights, and supervising systemsto monitor the observance of patients' rights are recommended. Key words: patient f۱rights in 59.7 percent was very good, in 35.1percent was good, and in 5.3 percent was moderate. The scores of attitudes on the patients' rights indicated the level of good in 56.1 percent, the level of moderate in 32.3, and the level of weak in 12.3 percent. The results showed the observance in the majority of participants was at the level of intermediate (79 ), and only 8.5 performed at the level of good. There were significant positive relationships between the knowledge (p.0.001) of rehabilitation staff and their attitude (p.0.0001) towards the patient' rights with their observance these rights. Conclusion: research data showed significant relations between experts f۱dfs rights and their level of observance.
