Introduction: The aim of this study is recognizing the relationship between Relationship Beliefs and Dyadic Adjustment in both of female and male teachers of Aran & Bidgol City. For this purpose, the relationship between sub-scales of Relationship Beliefs and Dyadic Adjustment among teachers and differences between male and female sexes in terms of Relationship Beliefs and Dyadic Adjustment has been evaluated. The sample included 245 married teachers working in secondary and high schools of Aran & Bidgol city, who were selected by multi-stage stratified and random sampling method.Methods: Method of this analytical - descriptive research is a correlation study and data has been collected by using questionnaire.Results: The results of this study based on the Pearson correlation test and multivariate regression analysis showed an inverse significant relationship between Relationship Beliefs and Dyadic Adjustment in teachers. Inverse significant relationship between all subscales of Relationship Beliefs and Dyadic Adjustment has been apperceived and this relationship in all sub-scales of Dyadic Adjustment would apply. In all sub-scales of Relationship Beliefs except sexual perfectionism belief, women had higher scores than men. Independent T test results indicated among the sub-scales of Dyadic Adjustment, men had higher scores in the sub-scales of Dyadic Adjustment and correlation, and women had higher scores in the sub-scales of double agreement, express love and also the total score of Dyadic Adjustment. Discussion: Generally, there is an inverse significant relationship between Relationship Beliefs and Dyadic Adjustment among teachers of Aran & Bidgol city.
