Introduction and Object: behavior disorder is one of the comorbidity in Asperger children. Because of this problem, they have social intraction disability, attentional problem, anxiety and aggression. The purpose of this study is the survey of effectiveness of visual- motor fine activities on these problems.Method: The child behavior checklist(CBCL) gave to parent of Asperger children that refer to occupational therapy clinics. The children that had behavior disorder on base of CBCL score, were selected for visual- motor fine activities program. They devided to two group: the group that gave visual motor program plus pharmacotherapy and the group that gave only pharmacotherapy. Each group were thirteen children. After 5 weeks(10 session) parent full CBCL again.Results: the difference between control and experiment group shows that random variable in all varients was meaningfull. The intervention was effective on experimental group.Discussion: Results shows that visual- motor fine activity program has positive effect on behavior disorder of Asperger(social problem, attention disorder,anxiety and aggression) children.Key word: Asperger, Behavior disorder, Visual-motor skills, Fine movement
