Objective: The objective of this research is to investigate the organizational learning capability and it s barriers and facilitators from Rehabilitation centers employees point of view in Tehran in 1391. Materials and Methods: This study is descriptive analytical and was conducted sectional. Statistical population included Rehabilitation centers staff in Tehran in 2012.sampling method was random simple sampling from centers and sample size of 212 individuals were calculated. For data gathering , barriers and facilitators of organizational learning and organizational learning capability questionnaires were used. Finally, 212 questionnaires were entered into software SPSS 16 for the final analysis. Results: Results indicated significant high organizational learning capability of the rehabilitation center staffs. (, P 0.01 SD = 41/5 and mean = 156/2). Organizational learning barriers were, also significantly high. (P 0.01 SD = 14/4 and mean 71/3). Organizational learning facilitators were also significantly high (P 0.01, SD = 12, mean = 77/6) .In addition to that, there is a significant inverse relationship between the barriers of organizational learning and organizational learning capability. (P 0.01, correlation coefficient = -0/328) But there was no significant relationship between the facilitator of organizational learning and organizational learning capability. (P>0/05, correlation coefficient = 0/064). Conclusions: The results showed organizational learning capability in rehabilitation centers staff in Tehran were high.the most important barrier of learning organization was day to day pressure of work and the most important facilitator of this was an appreciation of strengths and weaknesses in learning between rehabilitation centers staff. So due to promoting organizational productivity it is necessary to paying attention to it s barriers and making plans for removing or reducing them and increasing organizational learning facilitators in rehabilitation centers is offered.
