Objective: few study investigated on efficacy of cognitive rehabilitation for decrease of attention and memory deficits in Multiple Sclerosis ( MS) patient. Present study investigated the efficacy cognitive rehabilitation(memory and attention) for decrease attention and Memory deficits in Multiple Sclerosis ( MS) patient.Method : the study was conducted in single - Subject designs with A/B model and follow- up. Six Secondary Progressive MS (SPMS) selective with adjective sample, The measures was sustained attention deficit , Focused attention deficit , working memory deficit. That assessment with Stroop test , Continuous performance test (CPT) , Backward digital span , Digital symbol , Cognitive rehabilitation (memory and attention ) was done with pen-paper and Flash Card tasks that was composed of structured tasks that activate attention and memory component. Participants received cognitive rehabilitation sessions three a week over 21 sessions. Total time training was about 45 minutes. Attention and memory deficits evaluated at various stages before (baseline) , during and after treatment using sited measurement. However Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS) , Multiple Sclerosis Neuropsychology Questionnaire (MSNQ) patient for and informative form , evaluated in pre and post test . and Beck Depression Inventories II (BDI _II ).Result: All cases showed improvement in continuous performance test, digit symbol , stroop test , Backward digit span. Effect sizes were high for all measures. Three patient and informative showed improvement in MSNQ self report.Discussion: these finding showed that cognitive rehabilitation ( attention and memory) decrease attention and memory deficit in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patient.Keyword: cognitive rehabilitation , Multiple sclerosis, Memory add Attention deficit.
