In the present thesis, we consider constant Ricci scalar in F(R) gravity without matter fields (pure geometry) and analyze the field equations for some of F(R) functions. By comparing these solutions with Einstein-conformally invariant Maxwell gravity in the presence of the cosmological constant, we extract the electrical charge and the cosmological constant, simultaneously. In fact, one may express that using pure F(R) gravity, matter (the electrical charge) is production of geometry (space time). In addition, we investigate these solutions for higher dimensions and we show that in higher dimensions, as the four dimension, one can extracte the charge and the cosmological constant. Also, we investigate Dolgov-Kawasaki stability condition and show that one can find stable solutions provided the parameters of the F(R) gravity are chosen suitable. Furethermore calculation of the Kreschmann scalar show that there is a singularity at . Which is covered by the event horizon. In other words, singularity interpreted as a black hole. Finally, we investigate the first law of thermodynamics for the F(R) gravity. .
