این پژوهش به منظور ارزشیابی کیفیت دوره‌های الکترونیکی آموزش ضمن خدمت منابع انسانی اداره کل محیط زیست استان آذربایجان شرقی انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت پژوهش در دسته پژوهش¬های ارزیابانه قرار دارد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، شامل کلیه دوره¬های آموزشی برگزار شده در بازه زمانی شش ماهه دوم سال 1401 به تعداد 4 دوره بود. کل جامعه به روش نمونه¬گیری هدفمند به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شد. گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش از طریق ابزار پرسشنامه مربوط به ارزشیابی یادگیری دانشجویان (دانشگاه ویسکانسین-مدیسون ، 2021) بود. این پرسشنامه دارای ابعاد مختلفی بود که کیفیت دوره‌های آموزشی را از لحاظ ابعاد روش آموزشی، ارزشیابی و بازخورد، مواد درسی، نتایج یادگیری دوره، و نگرش به دوره مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد. روایی صوری پرسشنامه توسط اساتید و متخصصان امر مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد و پایایی آن از طریق روش آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردید که پایایی به دست آمده برای ابزار بالاتر از 7/0 ارزیابی شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به دست آمده از روش¬های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم-افزار spss نسخه 26 استفاده شد. در بخش توصیفی از فراوانی، درصد، میانگین، انحراف استاندارد و ... استفاده شد و در بخش استنباطی برای پاسخ به سوال¬های پژوهش، از آزمون تی تک نمونه¬ای استفاده شد. نتایج نشانگر آن بود که به جز دوره آشنایی با فناوری‌های نوین تصفیه فاضلاب های شهری، صنعتی و بیمارستانی در سه دوره دیگر، کیفیت آموزش¬ها در ابعاد پنجگانه در حد مطلوب و بالاتر از متوسط ارزیابی شد، در صورتی که در دوره آشنایی با فناوری‌های نوین تصفیه فاضلاب های شهری، صنعتی و بیمارستانی، میانگین به دست آمده کیفیت در ابعاد پنجگانه در حد پایینتر از حد متوسط بود.

This research was conducted in order to evaluate the quality of electronic training courses in the service of human resources of the General Department of Environment of East Azarbaijan Province. The method of the present research is in the category of applied research in terms of purpose and in the category of evaluative research in terms of the nature of the research. The statistical population of the present study included all the training courses held in the second six months of 1401, totaling 4 courses. The entire community was selected as a sample of the study by purposeful sampling. The research data was collected through the questionnaire tool related to student learning evaluation (University of Wisconsin-Madison, 2021). This questionnaire had different dimensions that examine the quality of educational courses in terms of educational methods, evaluation and feedback, course materials, learning outcomes of the course, and attitude towards the course. The face validity of the questionnaire is examined by the professors and specialists and its reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha method, and the reliability obtained for the tool was evaluated as higher than 0.7. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the obtained data using spss version 26 software. In the descriptive part, frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, etc. were used, and in the inferential part, a sample t-test was used to answer the research questions. The results indicated that, except for the course of familiarization with new technologies of urban, industrial and hospital wastewater treatment in the other three courses, the quality of training in five dimensions was evaluated as optimal and above average, if in the course of familiarization with technologies In modern urban, industrial and hospital wastewater treatment, the obtained average quality in five dimensions was lower than average
