هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر بخشی آموزش مبانی، مولفه ها و رویکردهای معنویت سازمانی از منظر قرآن بر افزایش مسئولیت پذیری و بهبود عملکرد شغلی معلمان شهر مراغه بود. پژوهش حاضر بر حسب هدف، کاربردی و بر اساس شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع تحقیقات نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه پژوهش را کلیه معلمان ابتدایی زن شهر مراغه تشکیل دادند که 30 نفر از آنها با روش نمونه گیری چند مرحله ای انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی15 نفر و کنترل 15نفر جایگزین شده‌ و از ابزار پرسشنامه مسئولیت پذیری سازمانی گلن و نلسون و عملکرد شغلی پاترسون به عنوان پیش آزمون- پس آزمون استفاده شد. بسته آموزشی طراحی شده در باب مبانی ، مولفه ها و رویکردهای معنویت سازمانی از منظر قرآن در 8 جلسه 1 ساعته به گروه آزمایشی آموزش داده شد . محتوای بسته آموزشی به تایید اساتید محترم راهنما و مشاور رسید تا از نظر روایی محتوایی مورد تایید قرار گیرد. از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری یک راهه (One- way MANCOVA) و تک متغیره متناسب با فرضیه های پژوهش استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش مبانی، مولفه ها و رویکردهای معنویت سازمانی از منظر قرآن بر افزایش مسئولیت پذیری و مولفه های آن و بهبود عملکرد شغلی معلمان شهر مراغه تاثیر گذار است. می توان با طرق مختلف نظیر گنجاندن مفاهیم و اصول و رویکردهای معنویت گرائی در دوره های ضمن خدمت معلمان و اموزش معنویت گرائی و ایجاد جو سازمانی معنویت گرا در سازمان مسئولیت پذیری و عملکرد شغلی معلمان را ارتقا بخشید

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching the basics, components and approaches of organizational spirituality from the perspective of the Quran on increasing responsibility and improving the job performance of teachers in Maragheh city. The current research is practical according to its purpose and based on the method of collecting information, the current research was a semi-experimental research with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The research population was made up of all female primary teachers in Maragheh city, 30 of them were selected by multi-stage sampling method and randomly divided into two experimental groups of 15 people and control group of 15 people, and they were replaced by Glenn and Nelson's organizational responsibility questionnaire and Patterson's job performance questionnaire was used as pre-test-post-test. The educational package designed on the basics, components and approaches of organizational spirituality from the perspective of the Quran was taught to the experimental group in 8, 1-hour sessions. The content of the educational package was approved by the respected professors and advisors so that it can be approved in terms of content validity. One-way MANCOVA and univariate analysis of covariance were used according to the research hypotheses. The findings of the research showed that teaching the basics, components and approaches of organizational spirituality from the perspective of the Qur'an has an effect on increasing responsibility and its components and improving the job performance of teachers in Maragheh city. It is possible to improve the responsibility and job performance of teachers in different ways, such as including the concepts and principles and approaches of spirituality in in-service courses for teachers and spiritual education and creating a spiritual organizational atmosphere in the organization.
