چکیده: گوشت مرغ به دلیل تأمین نیاز غذایی و سهم مهم آن در سبد غذایی خانوار و همچنین شمار قابل توجه تولیدکنندگان این محصول جایگاه ویژه‌ای در اقتصاد کشاورزی کشور دارد. آنچه بر اهمیت نهاده‌های خوراکی طیور می‌افزاید، آن است که این نهاده‌ها عمدتا وارداتی بوده و نوسانات ناشی از قیمت واردات نهاده‌ها همواره باعث نوسانات شدید قیمت گوشت مرغ در صنعت مرغداری می‌گردد. استان آذربایجان‌شرقی به عنوان یکی از قطب‌های فعال در زمینه تولید گوشت مرغ می‌باشد. بنابراین با توجه به اهمیت بخش صنعت طیور در تولید، تأمین تغذیه ‌و اشتغال‌زایی در این استان بایستی تدابیری در جهت کنترل نوسانات قیمت نهاده‌ها و تنظیم بازار گوشت مرغ اندیشیده ‌شود. در این راستا هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی تأثیر تغییرات قیمت نهاده‌های خوراکی طیور بر قیمت گوشت مرغ در استان آذربایجان‌شرقی می‌باشد. داده‌های مورد استفاده در این مطالعه به صورت سری‌‌های زمانی قیمت ماهانه گوشت مرغ و نهاده‌های خوراکی (ذرت، کنجاله‌سویا و پودر ماهی)، در دوره زمانی 99-1390 می‌باشد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون‌های ریشه واحد ابتدا وضعیت مانایی داده‌ها مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. سپس با بکارگیری آزمون هم‌انباشتگی جوهانسون-جوسیلیوس به تعیین بردارهای هم‌انباشته بلندمدت پرداخته شد. لذا برای تائید وجود رابطه تعادلی کوتاه‌مدت بین متغیرهای مورد مطالعه از مدل تصحیح خطای برداری (ECM) استفاده گردید. آثار روابط بلندمدت و کوتاه‌مدت قیمت کلیه متغیرها بر قیمت گوشت مرغ در یک جهت مثبت و معنی‌دار می‌باشند. بنابراین نتایج نشان داد به ازای یک درصد تغییر در قیمت کنجاله سویا در بلندمدت با ضریب 26/0 درصد بر قیمت گوشت مرغ بیشترین تأثیر را داشته و پس از آن قیمت پودرماهی با ضریب 25/0 درصد و قیمت ذرت با ضریب 21/0 درصد و نرخ ارز با ضریب 10/0 درصد تأثیر بسزایی در تغییرات قیمت گوشت مرغ آماده طبخ در استان آذربایجان‌شرقی ‌داشته‌است. همچنین ضریب تصحیح خطا برابر مقدار 52/0- و معنی‌دار شده که تعدیل قیمت به سمت تعادل بلندمدت توسط قیمت نهاده کنجاله سویا و پودرماهی انجام می‌شود. در نتیجه ضریب متغیر قیمت نهاده‌های اصلی خوراک طیور دارای رابطه مستقیم با قیمت گوشت مرغ می‌باشد. بطوری که با افزایش قیمت آنها، قیمت گوشت مرغ نیز افزایش می‌یابد. از این رو پیشنهاد می‌شود با اتخاذ سیاست‌گذاری‌های مناسب در جهت ثبات نرخ ارز که عامل مؤثر در نوسانات قیمت نهاده‌های خوراکی طیور و به تبع آن قیمت گوشت مرغ مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

Abstract: Chicken meat has a special place in the household food basket due to its important contribution to the agricultural economy of the country as well as a significant number of producers. poultry feed is an important factor to determine poultry prices because they are mainly imported and fluctuations in import prices always cause sharp fluctuations in poultry prices in the poultry industry. East Azerbaijan province is one of the active places in the field of chicken meat production. Therefore, good plans in the importance of the poultry industry in production, nutrition, and employment in this province should be considered to control fluctuations in poultry feed prices and regulate the chicken meat market. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of changes in the price of poultry feed on the price of chicken in East Azerbaijan province. The data used in this study are time series of monthly prices of chicken meat and edible inputs (corn, soybean meal, and fish meal) in the period of 2011 - 2020. In this study, unit root tests were used to investigate the static status of the data. Then, long-term co-integration vectors were determined by the Johansson-Josilius co-integration test. Therefore, the vector error correction (ECM) model was used to confirm the existence of a short-term equilibrium relationship between the studied variables. The results show that the effects of long-term and short-term price relations of all variables on chicken meat prices are in a positive and meaningful direction. Therefore, a one percent change in the price of soybean meal in the long run with a coefficient of 0.26 percent had the greatest effect on the price of chicken meat. The fish meal price, corn price, and exchange rate with a coefficient of 0.25, 0.21, and 0.10 percent had a significant impact on changes in the price of ready-to-cook chicken in East Azerbaijan province, respectively. Also, the error correction factor is equal to the value of -0.52, which is meaningful. Price adjustment towards long-term equilibrium is done by the input (poultry feed) price of soybean meal and fishmeal. As a result, the price coefficient of the main inputs of poultry feed has a direct relationship with the price of chicken meat. So, by increasing their price, the price of chicken also increased. The exchange rate is an effective factor in fluctuations in the price of poultry feed inputs. Therefore, it is suggested that by adopting appropriate policies to stabilize the exchange rate, the price of chicken meat stabilized, consequently.
