وﻗﻮع ﮐﺎوﯾﺘﺎﺳﯿﻮن ﯾﮏ ﭘﺪﯾﺪه راﯾﺞ در ﭘﻤﭗ ﻫﺎ ، ﺑﻪ ﺧﺼﻮص در ﭘﻤﭗ ﻫﺎی ﺑﺎ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ دوراﻧﯽ ﺑﺎﻻ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻣﺨﺼﻮص ﺑﺎﻻ اﺳﺖ.ﺑﺮای ﺟﻠﻮﮔﯿﺮی از ﮐﺎوﯾﺘﺎﺳﯿﻮن ﻣﻘﺪار NPSHa باید بیشتر از NPSHr باشد. یکی از راه ﻫﺎی ﮐﺎﻫﺶ NPSHr نصب اﯾﻨﺪﯾﻮﺳﺮ در ورودی ﭘﻤﭗ اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻨﺪﯾﻮﺳﺮ ﺳﺒﺐ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻫﺪ ﻣﮑﺶ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺧﺎﻟﺺ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﭘﻤﭗ ﯾﺎ ﻫﻤﺎن NPSHrو در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﺳﺒﺐ دور ﺗﺮ ﺷﺪن از ﻧﻘﻄﻪ وﻗﻮع ﮐﺎوﯾﺘﺎﺳﯿﻮن ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. ﻣﻘﺪار ﮐﺎﻫﺶ NPSHr توسط اﯾﻨﺪﯾﻮﺳﺮ ، ﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮ ﻫﺎی ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻫﻨﺪﺳﻪ اﯾﻨﺪﯾﻮﺳﺮ دارد ﯾﮑﯽ از اﯾﻦ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭘﺮه ﻫﺎی اﯾﻨﺪﯾﻮﺳﺮ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ دﻟﯿﻞ در اﯾﻦ ﭘﺎﯾﺎن ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﯾﮏ ﭘﻤﭗ ﮔﺮﯾﺰ از ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﮐﻪ در ﻣﻌﺮض ﺧﻄﺮ وﻗﻮع ﮐﺎوﯾﺘﺎﺳﯿﻮن ﻗﺮار دارد ، ﯾﮏ اﯾﻨﺪﯾﻮﺳﺮ دو ﭘﺮه و ﯾﮏ اﯾﻨﺪﯾﻮﺳﺮ ﺳﻪ ﭘﺮه ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭘﺮه ﻫﺎی اﯾﻨﺪﯾﻮﺳﺮ ﭼﻪ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮی ﺑﺮ رﻓﺘﺎر ﮐﺎوﯾﺘﺎﺳﯿﻮن و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﻤﭗ دارد
The occurrence of cavitation is a common phenomenon in pumps, especially in pumps with high rotational speed and high specific speed. In order to prevent cavitation, the value of NPSHa should be greater than NPSHr. One of the ways to reduce NPSHr is to install an inductor at the pump inlet. The inducer causes the reduction of the net positive suction head needed by the pump or the same NPSHr, and as a result, it becomes farther away from the cavitation point. The amount of NPSHr reduction by the inducer depends on the design parameters of the inducer geometry, one of these parameters is the number of inducer blades. For this reason, in this thesis, a centrifugal pump that is at risk of cavitation, a two-blade inducer and a three-blade inducer are designed and analyzed. And it is investigated what effect the number of impeller vanes has on cavitation behavior and pump performance.
Design and comparison of the performance of the inductor in two different modes of two vanes and three vanes for a type of centrifugal pump
