هدف این پژوهش بررسی تعیین نقش ارزشیابی توصیفی در ایجاد انگیزه و خلاقیت دانش آموزان ازدیدگاه معلمان و مدیران بود .جامعه آماری این تحقیق را کلیه‌صی معلمان و مدیران مرد شهرستان کلیبر که۱۲۰۰نفر در سال۹۲ - ۹۳مشغول تدریس هستند،تشکیل می‌صدهند .نمونه آماری از میان افراد جامعه به صورتی خوشه ای و تصادفی انتخاب شدندکه ۱۹۱ معلم و ۱۰۰ نفر مدیر بودند .ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌صی محقق ساخته می باشد .تجزیه و تحلیل آماری تحقیق در بخش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی به وسیله نرم افزار کامپیوتری Spss صورت گرفت که در بخش آمار توصیفی از رسم جداول ، میانگین و انحراف معیار و در بخش آمار استنباطی برای فرضیات تحقیق از آزمون تی تک نمونه ای استفاده شد . یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که از نظر معلمان و مدیران ارزشیابی توصیفی بر خلاقیت تاثیر مثبتی دارد، همچنین تاثیر ارزشیابی توصیفی بر انگیزه دانش آموزان از دیدگاه معلمان و مدیران معنادار می باشد .با توجه به نتایج این تحقیق اجرای ارزشیابی توصیفی در مدارس جهت بالا بردن کیفیت آموزشی توصیه می گردد
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of motivation and creativity in creating descriptive evaluation of students, teachers, and managers perspective.The population of the study, all of the teachers and Administrators are nomads city man who teach93-92year.Sample, individuals from the community, and were selected by random cluster sampling .Data collection using the questionnaire is self-made. Statistical analysis of research in descriptive and inferential statistics were performed using computer software Spss.In descriptive statistics, drawing tables, mean and standard deviation were used in inferential statistics, the hypotheses of one sample t-test was used.The results showed that, from the perspective of teachers and administrators, descriptive evaluation has a positive effect on creativity, Also, the impact of descriptive evaluation on students' motivation is significant from the perspective of teachers and administrators.According to the survey results, performance descriptive evaluation in schools to raise educational quality, we recommend
