پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتبارسنجی محیط یادگیری مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی در آموزش پرستاری صورت‌گرفته است. روش پژوهش در این مطالعه، پژوهش طراحی محور می‌باشد. برای طراحی الگو، از سه مرحله تحقیق مقدماتی، مرحله پیش الگو و مرحله ارزشیابی استفاده نمودیم. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﮥ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﻣﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ و رساله‌های دکتری و پایان‌نامه‌های کارشناسی ارشد در زﻣﯿﻨﮥ شبیه‌سازی در آموزش پرستاری ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ باتوجه‌به جست‌وجوی ﻣﻨﻈﻢ در پایگاه‌های اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ PubMed، ProQuest، ScienceDirect، Eric، Springer، CINAHL، Scopus و موتور جستجوگر google scholar جمع‌آوری گردید. بر اساس ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎي ورود ﺗﻌﺪاد 230 ﻣﻘﺎﻟﮥ و پایان‌نامه ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎي ﺧﺮوج ﺗﻌﺪاد 90 ﻣﻘﺎﻟﮥ و پایان‌نامه ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. همچنین از متخصصان حوزه پرستاری، آموزش پزشکی، برنامه‌ریزی درسی و تکنولوژی آموزشی به‌صورت هدفمند، تعداد 25 نفر برای انجام مصاحبه انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه‌گیری برای انجام مصاحبه، نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بود و در ادامه از روش گلوله برفی نیز استفاده شد. از مصاحبه نیمه‌‌ساختارمند برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از متخصصان حوزه پرستاری، پزشکی، برنامه‌ریزی درسی و تکنولوژی آموزشی استفاده شد. هم چنین از فیش‌برداری جهت استخراج ابعاد و ویژگی‌های محیط شبیه‌سازی، شناسایی صلاحیت‌ها و موانع و تسهیلگرهای شبیه‌سازی در آموزش پرستاری باتوجه‌به روش پژوهش سنتزپژوهی استفاده شد. جهت تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها، از تحلیل محتوای کیفی و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل متون از شش مرحله گاف (2013) برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. برای تعیین روایی محیط طراحی شده نیز از نسبت روایی محتوا (CVR) و مقدار تعیین‌شده در جدول لاوشه بر اساس تعداد مشارکت‌کنندگان در آزمون استفاده شد. در این پژوهش شش مؤلفه اهداف، محتوا، محیط، روش‌های یاددهی یادگیری، مواد و منابع و روش‌های ارزشیابی به‌عنوان ابعاد محیط یادگیری مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی شناسایی شدند. ایجاد یادگیری پایدار و عمیق، آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی، آموزش مهارت‌های بالینی، انتقال یادگیری، افزایش جذابیت یادگیری، قضاوت بالینی، استدلال بالینی، بهبود ایمنی بیمار، افزایش تفکر انتقادی، افزایش اعتمادبه‌نفس و عزت‌نفس، کاهش هزینه به‌عنوان اهداف محیط یادگیری مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی شناسایی شدند و برای بعد محتوا 2 زیر مضمون، محیط 3 زیر مضمون، مواد و منابع 2 زیر مضمون، روش‌های یاددهی و یادگیری 2 زیر مضمون و بعد ارزشیابی 2 زیر مضمون استخراج گردید. برای صلاحیت‌های مربیان شبیه‌سازی دو زیر مضمون صلاحیت‌های فنی و صلاحیت‌های روان‌شناختی و برای عوامل بازدارنده، موانع اقتصادی و مالی، موانع فرهنگی و رفتاری، موانع قانونی و اخلاقی و موانع فنی و برای تسهیلگرها، عوامل اداری و مالی و عوامل آموزشی، روانی و انگیزشی به‌عنوان زیر مضمون به دست آمد

The present study aimed to design and validate a simulation-based learning environment in nursing education. The research method in this study is design-based research. abstract: the present study aims to design and validate the learning environment based on simulation in nursing education. the research method in this study is design - based research. to design the pattern, we used three preliminary research steps, pre - model and assessment stage. The statistical population of this study consisted of all valid scientific papers and doctoral theses and doctoral theses in nursing education, which were collected regularly on the databases of PubMed, ProQuest, Science Direct, Eric, Springer, CINAHL, Scopus and the google scholar Search engine. based on the criteria of the number of 230 articles and dissertations, and finally based on the criteria of departure of 90 articles and thesis, they were selected for final analysis. also, the number of 25 subjects were selected from the specialists in the field of nursing, medical education, curriculum planning and technology. the sampling method was purposeful sampling and snowball sampling method was used. in order to collect information from the specialists in the field of nursing, medicine, curriculum and educational technology were used. also taking note of taking notes to extract the dimensions and characteristics of the simulation environment, identify competencies and obstacles and simulation Facilitators in nursing education according to research synthesis method. in order to analyze the interviews, qualitative content analysis and for the analysis of texts, six stage of marsh (1986) were used for data analysis. To determine the validity of the designed environment, the content validity ratio (CVR) and the value determined in the table was used based on the number of participants in the test. In this study, six components of objectives, content, environment, learning teaching methods, materials and resources and evaluation methods were identified as dimensions of a simulation-based learning environment. Creating sustainable and deep learning, communication skills training, clinical skills training, learning transfer, increasing learning attractiveness, clinical judgment, clinical reasoning, improving patient safety, increasing critical thinking, increasing self-confidence and self-esteem, reducing costs as learning environment goals based on identification simulation And for the content dimension 2 sub-themes, environment 3 sub-themes, materials and resources 2 sub-themes, teaching and learning methods 2 sub-themes and evaluation 2 sub-themes were extracted. For the competencies of simulation trainers, there are two sub-themes: technical competencies and psychological competencies, and for deterrents, economic and financial barriers, cultural and behavioral barriers, legal and moral barriers and technical barriers, and for facilitators, administrative and financial factors, and educational, psychological and motivational factors.
