امروز واژه جهانی‌شدن به یک اصطلاح رایج در محافل علمی، دانشگاهی تبدیل شده است و در همه زمینه‌ها بویژه در رسانه‌ها، اقتصاد، سیاست و فرهنگ و علم و فناوری مطرح است، ولی نکته اساسی این است که این مفهوم به صورت یک واقعیت اجتناب‌ناپذیر درآمده است .لذا جهانی شدن را باید پروژه‌ای به شمار آورد که آینده جهان را در قرن بیست‌ویکم به میزان چشم‌گیری تحت تأثیر خود قرار داده است .جهانی‌شدن یک پدیده و وضعیت نوظهور است و تأثیرات و پیامدهای مثبت و منفی آن روزبه‌روز در عرصه روابط انسان‌ها، چه در سطح خرد و چه در سطح کلان در حال گسترش است که هر روز بیش از پیش ابعاد تازه‌ای به خود می‌گیرد و دامنه آن گسترش می‌یابد .در اثر پیامدهای مختلف جهانی‌شدن، تبعات مثبت و منفی آن شکل می‌گیرد و به تبع آن مخالفان و موافقان این پدیده در مقابل هم نظرات خود را ارائه می‌دهند .موافقان جهانی شدن بر سرعت، دقت انجام کارها و خودکار شدن امور و پیشرفت‌ها در حمل و نقل و ارتباطات و کاهش فاصله‌ها، ایجاد همکاری و چندصدایی و ....و مخالفان جهانی شدن بر آلودگی محیط زیست، مصرف‌گرایی، ماشینی شدن، از بین رفتن فرهنگ‌های صمیمی، شکاف بین فقیر و غنی و ..اشاره می‌کنند .به همین خاطر در مقاله حاضر تلاش شده است از جهات مختلف به نظرات موافقان و مخالفان جهانی‌شدن پرداخته شود .تا از این رهگذر به نحوه برخورد و مواجهه با امر جهانی‌شدن تا حدودی برای متولیان امور مختلف فرهنگی و اجتماعی و ...روشن گردد

So that it may partly clear the way of confronting the Globalization for custodians of varios cultural and social affairs ۵Today the word "Globalization" has turned into a common expression in scientific collegiate circles and is raised in all fields specially the media, economy, politics, culture, science and technology, but the fundamental point is that this concept has become an inevitable reality. Therefore, Globalization should be considered a project that has significantly effected the future of the world in the ۲۱th century. Globalization is a newfound phenomenon and condition and its positive and negative outcomes are expanding at a day-to-day rate in the field of human relations, be it in small scale or large scale. Which take on new dimensions and expand each day more than the day before. The positive and negative consequences of Globalization are formed due to its various outcomes and consequently the supporters and opponents of phenomenon offer their own opinions. The supporters of Globalization point out the speed, accuracy of performance and the automatization of works and progress in transportation, communication and reduction of distances, cooperation and being multi voiced, etc
