انسان در میان موجودات عالم، دارای مقام و منزلت ارزشمندی است و ظرفیت ها و قابلیت های ویژه ای دارد .او کمال پذیر است و هدفی متعالی برای او تعریف شده است و این انسان می تواند در وجود خود تأمل کند و با شناخت عوامل کمال و رشد خود و آگاهی از عوامل نقص خود، در راه کمال و سعادت حقیقی گام بردارد .شعرای اخلاق مدار ایران نیز از دیرباز، انسان و شرافت انسانی را ارج نهاده و تا کنون به خلق آثاری که در خدمت انسان و تعالی فردی و اجتماعی باشد، همت گماشته اند .از جمله این شاعران پروین اعتصامی است .او شاعری است که در ادبیات تعلیمی بالیده است و متأثر از شاعران پیشین، اشعاری در تعالی و تکامل انسان و روح انسانی سروده است و عواملی را که موجب کمال انسان و نقص او می گردد، در دیوان خود منعکس کرده است .پروین ۱۴ عامل را از مهم ترین عوامل کمال انسان می داند که انسان با عمل به آن موجبات کمال خود را فراهم می سازد .این عوامل عبارتند از :احسان و نیکی، اغتنام فرصت، پرورش جان و دل، حقیقت جویی و معنی گرایی، راستی، پاکی، رهنمای مناسب و ره توشه، صبر ، عبرت گیری ، عقل ، علم ، قناعت، کار و تلاش و نوع دوستی و دستگیری از بینوایان و فقیران .وی همچنین از ۱۰ عامل به عنوان موانع کمال انسان که موجب نقص و سقوط آدمی می شود، یاد کرده است، این عوامل عبارتند از :آز ، پرداختن به نفس و تن، جهل ، ریا و نفاق، شیطان و پیروی از او، ظلم و بی عدالتی، غرور و خودبینی، غفلت، همنشین بد و هوی و هوس
the rest of the AbstractAmong the whole of the universes beings, human being holds worthwhile rank and position and possesses exclusive capacities and capabilities. He is capable of perfection and he is defined with elevated aspiration and this human being is able to contemplate. He can go forward to true happiness and perfection through recognizing his perfection and growth factors and understanding his deficiency factors as well. Since long, Iranian poets have always valued human being and his honor and have tried their best to form such literary works that serve human and his individual and social elevation. A good example of these poets is Parvin E'tesami. She is raised in didactic literature and being influenced by previous poets, she has composed poets regarding elevation and perfection of human being and his soul. She in her Diwan has reflected the qualities which lead to human perfection and those qualities which lead to his deficiency. Parvin regards ۱۴ qualities as the most important factors which bring about the means of his perfection. These qualities consist of Benefaction and Benevolence Carpe Diem Nourishing soul and heart ص Search for truth and meaning Honesty Virtue Appropriate mentor and Provision Patience and Fortitude Taking lesson and advice Intellect and Wisdom Science and Knowledge Contentment, Work, and Effort Philanthropy Giving relief to the helpless and the poor She also regards ۱۰ qualities as the impediments to human perfection which leads to defect and fall of human being. These qualities consist of Greed and Avarice Carnal and Bodily Desires Ignorance and Insensitivity Hypocrisy and Duplicity Pursuing the Evil Spirit Oppression and Injustice Vanity and Arrogance Neglect Evil Companion Lust and Lechery
