.In the past, people with disabilities were only considered objects of charity or or people in need of medical assistance. Harms and impediments were caused by personal disorders. But a more valid perception about disability was created based on the social model view overtime. According to this approach, defects and impediment are in a great extent caused by their social and physical environment.This model suggests for people with disabilities policies based on human rights, integration and fighting against discrimination. It is based on this assumption that people with disabilities are enjoying the same rights as other people
