.C so it can be concluded according to Emberger diagram that this area is located in semi-arid climate. Sophie Chai, the most important river in the region originates from north-east heights of mt. Sahand. heading north-east and then flows to south-west, after receiving the collateral branches of the plain and finally pours to Urumieh lake. The overall process of underground hydrologic aquifers tends to be a declining trend showing a 1-meter getting lower in groundwater surface hence denoting a negative output in water resource.For proper estimation of aquifer condition and studying of the groundwater quality of the area for optimum management of water resources a mathematical model using Visual MODFlow V.3.1 software was prepared. The sensitivity analyses of the model show that the model is more sensitive for changes of K and S and less sensitive for other parameters. In the central area of the aquifer, the concentration of abstraction wells is high and as a result the applied stress to the area is more than the other places therefore, the central part of the plain is more sensitive. The verification of the model for year 2009-2010 shows that the model could simulate natural condition of aquifer. After obtaining the best results from bonab flood model, then the simulation process began for Cholor ion using the necessary data. Analyses of qualitative sensitivity model showed that the new model is highly sensitive of the longitudinal dispersion variations and transverse Coefficient ratio. The sensitivity to bulk density and Linear absorption was very low. The verification of qualitative model along with change qualitative parameters were done for 2009-2010 water year. Results obtained were acceptable
