tuned using Genetic Algorithms (GA) -based conditions. Finally, as another innovation in this thesis, the effects of membership functions on stability conditions are taken into account in analysis. Approximating the membership functions in polynomial forms, their role in stability analysis is investigated. In order to improve the performance of the proposed polynomial fuzzy model and control system, the parameters of membership functions are fine-party Matlab toolbox. The proposed stability conditions are more general and less conservative than the LMI-dependant matrix inequalities, the stability conditions are considered as SOS problems which are solved by SOSTOOLS software as a third-linear and state-loop fuzzy control system. Due to non-PDC technique is proposed and polynomial fuzzy controller is designed. In this approach, the membership functions in fuzzy rules of the modeling and controller are not necessarily same. The SOS stability conditions are then derived for the closed-systems. Then based on the proposed fuzzy modeling, new non-constant and polynomial. The resultant fuzzy modeling is obtained by fuzzy blending of nonlinear sub-systems using in polynomial fuzzy modeling are generally nonlinear and the matrices appearing in fuzzy rule sequences are non-S procedure is that the sub-convex constraints on the related LMI problems which are not solvable by interior point algorithms. In this dissertation, a new systematic framework for more accurate modeling based on the polynomial fuzzy method is proposed for nonlinear systems. Using Sum of Square (SOS) technique, polynomial fuzzy control systems and their stability analysis are introduced. The main difference between this approach and the general fuzzy T-systems, the model validation and mismatch between the fuzzy model and the original nonlinear plant are the most important problems should be considered. Moreover due to using the Parallel Distributed Compensation (PDC) strategy, the inherent robustness property of the fuzzy controller is decreased. This is because of sharing the same membership functions in fuzzy rules for both modeling and controller. On the other hand, the role, shape and the parameters of membership functions in stability conditions are inevitably ignored in previous works. Considering the membership parameters in stability analysis causes some non-S fuzzy approach models the nonlinear plant using fuzzy blending of linear sub-S approach based on the Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) technique. As the conventional T-S) fuzzy model. A plethora of researches exist in literatures investigating on various strategies to develop and facilitate the performance design and stability analysis of the generic T-Sugeno (T-loop fuzzy control systems. The main contribution of this dissertation is thorough investigation on the nonlinear systems based on Takagi-loop system are performed on the proposed fuzzy modeling. Hence, there is still need to improve the results acquired in the FMB control field and research on design and stability analysis of the resultant closed-defined and complex nonlinear plants. However, involving fuzzy models instead of original plant makes some mismatch concerns, which should be considered in fuzzy control; as all of the analysis including design and stability tests of the closed-Based (FMB) control methodology has received significant attention in the last decade. The fuzzy logic strategy is one of the most popular tools for modeling and control of ill-Due to general and systematic platform to deal with nonlinear control problems and various applications, research on Fuzzy Model
