(-3) s and (10-20)keV respectively. The aforementioned circumstances (high density at high tempreture) on the sun is achieved by its gravity. One of the proposed methods for achieving aforementioned conditions, is confinement of ions in magnetic fields within a torous, but through the process of confinement, plasma stability circumstances disappear practically be cause of chaotic magnetic field lines and consequently the rate of fusion reaction decreases. This research represents a new method which achieves an area that magnetic field lines are limited in it and the materials would not encounter with machine wall. Next section of the research represents that such environement is reachable at least theoretically for nuclear reactions using Maxwell equations, hamiltonian mechanic, and chaos theory. Also this research represents that proposed method is generalizable for the conditions that the material behavior is expressed with fractional derivatives
