مدرسه به عنوان یک سازمان نقش اساسی در همه جنبه های سیاسی اقتصادی فرهنگی و حتی اعتقادی و ارزشی جامعه دارد که کارکنانآن بر اساس قواعد و مقررات حاکم رفتار می کند و این قوانین به صورت روشن و دقیق مشخص می شود .نتایج آزمونهای تحقیق به شرح زیر می باشد بین تخصص گرایی و رسمیت گرایی و سیستم ارایه پاداش و رضامندی کارکنان رابطه معنی دار ی دارد و بین تمرکز گرایی و رضامندی و رابطه معکوس و معنی داری وجود دارد.
.School as an organization has main role in all aspects of society like; Politics, Commercial, Society, Cultural, and also other values. That the employees of this system do according to organizational framework and rules which are governing in that system, its good to say these rules are completely recognized and crystal cleared. But it seems that these rules are not enough and can't show the relationships and behaviors between workers. So it is important to pay attention to those elements which affect the hierarchy system of school and how much changes in this hierarchy would make job satisfactory in ۱st distriction of Tabriz Education Organization.In this research the theories of Max Weber , Etziovani , Parsons , Merton ,Hage used in bureaucracy and also the theories of Maslow , Gruneberg , Herzberg , Lack , Shermerhorn , used in job satisfactory .The method of inquiring and, calculating means, and researching methods are used which were in clouding ۷۷ questions. The statistics society was consisting of all workers and employees of schools in ۱st distraction of Tabriz in year ۲۰۰۳-۲۰۰۴. That the statistic sample was achieved by inaccurate way or formula which consists of ۳۴۰ persons and schools are selected randomly and the workers were classified in sampling way.The main hypothesis of this research is the relationship between bureaucracy and job satisfactory of school employees or workers.The statistic results of research are as follow: Between wages and job satisfactory of workers and between proficiency And tend to essentiality is a direct and meaning full relationship also there is a vice versa connection between centralization and job satisfactory. Analytic results of Regression pointed out that the ۲۶ as of changes and variance of job satisfactory is four angles of bureaucracy and the remain is depend on other factors which are not mentioned in this research. The path analysis of research are as follow: - The direct effect of proficiency ( r = ۰/۱۶) Essentiality (r = ۰/۳۰) Centralization (r = ۰/۱۶) Wager system(r = - ۰/۲۴) Indirect affects of wager system (r = ۰/۱۷۶) Period of service (r = ۰/۱۲۳) By essentiality will affect the job satisfactory and indirect effects proficiency (r = ۰/۵۱) And wager system (r = ۰/۷۳) And period of service (r = ۰/۱۵) By centralization will effect the job sat is factory and indirect effect of essentiality (r = ۰/۲۶) Wager system (r = ۰/۶۲) By proficiency will affect the job satisfactory of employees or workers.At the end, this research purposes as follow:By supposing that the bureaucracy and satisfactory of workers, it is suggested to pay more attention to interest and rule governing.The managers and accountants must be acquainted with rules and frameworks of system to increase the job satisfactory of workers.Centralization has negative effect on satisfactory of workers. Satisfactory of workers pay more attention to cooperation than wasting time and money. In one world the proficiency of workers has main role; this is the main conclusion of this research
