در حال حاضر سنتز ترکیبات آمیدی که از نظر بیولوژیکی فعال هستند در شاخه های مختلف علم شیمی به طورگسترده مورد توجه قرار گرفته است . این ترکیبات دارای خواص ضد سل ، ضد ویروس ، ضد میکروب ، ضد قارچ و ضد التهاب می باشند . آمیدها در ساخت لوسیون دفع حشرات و داروهایی مانند مسکن‌ها استفاده می‌شوند .در صنایع لاستیک، پلاستیک، کاغذ ، پارچه ، در ساخت صابون‌ها و محصولات آرایشی ، در تولید حشره کش‌ها و آفت کش‌ها نیز به کار می‌روند .در این مطالعه از برخی مشتقات استری آمینو اسیدها و آریل آمین ها برای ایجاد پیوند آمیدی با ماندلیک اسید استفاده شده است .واکنشگر اتصال دهندهN,N -دی سیکلو هگزیل کربو دی ایمید وN- هیدروکسی بنزو تری آزول به عنوان عوامل اتصال دهنده به کار رفته اند. N,N-دی سیکلو هگزیل کربو دی ایمید، ماندلیک اسید راO - آسیله کرده و گروه کربونیل اسید را به گروه فعالتر تبدیل می کند. N- هیدروکسی بنزو تری آزول به گروهO - آسیله حمله کرده و مانع از تولید محصولات جانبی شده راندمان واکنش را افزایش می دهد .اتصال مشتقات اسیدآمینه های مختلف با اسیدها در حضور DCC و HOBT آمیدهای جدیدی را فراهم می آورد .ساختار محصولات نهایی با استفاده ازیک سری روش ها مثل)SM طیف سنجی جرمی (،) NMR۱ H طیف سنجی رزونانس مغناطیسی هسته پروتون) )C NMR۱۳طیف سنجی رزونانس مغناطیسی هسته کربن ( ،IR (- FTطیف سنجی مادون قرمز ( مورد بررسی و شناسایی قرار میگیرند
The synthesis of biologically active amide compounds is now widely considered in various branches of chemistry.These compounds have anti-TB, anti-virus, anti-microbial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties.Amides are used in the manufacture of insect repellent lotions and medications such as painkillers.In the rubber, plastic, paper, cloth, soap and cosmetics industries, they are also used in the production of insecticides and pesticides. In this study, some esterified amino acid derivatives and aryl amines were used to form amide bonds with mandelic acid.The N, N 'di-cyclohexylcarbimide and N hydroxybenzo-triazole bonding reagents have been used as binding agents.N, N 'di-cyclohexylcarbimideO- acylates mandelic acid and converts the carbonyl acid group to a more active group.N hydroxybenzo-triazoleattacks the O group on acylase and prevents the production of byproducts by increasing the reaction efficiency.Binding of different amino acid derivatives to acids in the presence of DCC and HOBT provides new amides. The structure of the end products is investigated using a number of methods such as SM (mass spectrometry), 1H NMR(Proton nuclear magnetic resonance), 13C NMR(13C nuclear magnetic resonance) and FT-IR (Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy)
