گیاه Puccinellia distans گیاه علفی چندساله، مرتعی و مقاوم به شوری و طول ساقه‌صهای توخالی آن به ۱۰ تا ۶۰ سانتی‌متر می‌رسد .از خانوادهPoaceae ، زیرخانواده pooideae و جنس Puccinellia است .این گیاه بومی اروپا و آمریکای شمالی است .محیطزیست آن مرطوب و در مناطق با خاک‌های شور و سالین یافت می‌شود .در این پژوهش روابط فیلوژنی و خویشاوندی بین گونه‌صهای Puccinelliaبا استفاده از نشانگر کلروپلاستی MatK بررسی شدند .هدف از پژوهش حاصل بازنگری موقعیت سیستماتیکی گونه Puccinellia distans بر اساس توالی ژن MatK است .داده‌های مولکولی به‌دست‌آمده از تعیین توالی نوکلئوتیدی ناحیه ژنومی MatK با استفاده از روشmaximum likelihood ، مدلparameter - kimura ۲آنالیز شدند، نتایج حاصله نشان می‌دهند که KJ۵۲۹۳۴۹.۱ Puccinellia distans و Puccinellia distans قرابت ژنتیکی یکسان دارند و صد درصد در یک گروه قرار می‌صگیرند، همچنین صفات مورفولوژیکی، آنالیزهای بدست آمده و درخت فیلوژنی خویشاوندی نزدیک دو گونه Puccinellia arctica و Puccinellia vahlianaرا نشان می‌صدهد بنابراین طبق این پژوهش طبقه‌صبندی‌ص براساس صفات مورفولوژیکی نیز می‌صتواند مورد تایید باشد
Puccinellia distans is a perennial herb, pasture and resistant to salinity producing hollow stems up to 10 to 60 centimeters in maximum height. It is in the Poaceae Family, pooideae Subfamily and Puccinellia Genus. It is native to Europe and it is present in most of North America. It grows in moist habitat, usually in areas with saline soils. In this study, the phylogenetic and kinship relationships among the species of Puccinellia were evaluated using matK Chloroplast marker. The purpose of study was a systematic review revision of Puccinellia distans based on the matK gene sequence. The molecular data obtained from nucleotide sequences of matK regions were analyzed using maximum likelihood method, Kimura 2-parameter model, the results show that KJ529349.1 Puccinellia distans and Puccinellia distans have the same group, with 100 percent similarity, and also, morphological traits, obtained analyzes and phylogenetic tree show close kinship with Puccinellia arctica and Puccinellia vahliana.
