سکونتگاه‌های غیرصرسمی در نگاه اول جلوه‌صای از فقر را به نمایش می‌صگذارند اما در عین حال بازتاب کاستی‌صها و نارسایی‌صهای برخی سیاست‌صهای دستگاه‌صهای تصمیم‌صساز شهری هستند که به مرور زمان موجبات بروز این پدیده را فراهم می‌صکنند .سکونتگاه‌صهای غیررسمی امروز بخش‌صهای قابل توجهی از شهرصهای بزرگ را تشکیل می‌صدهند، شهر تبریز نیز از این قاعده پیروی می‌صکند .طی دهه‌صهای اخیر به تدریج محلات نابسامان و سکونتگاه‌صهای غیرصرسمی بطور عمده در حاشیه شهر تبریز و حتی در بدنه اصلی شهر، خارج از برنامه رسمی توسعه شهری، بصورت خودرو شکل گرفته و گسترش یافته است .هدف از این پژوهش تحلیل و ارزیابی شاخص‌صهای فیزیکی سکونتگاه‌صهای غیرصرسمی بر اساس تراکم مطلوب شهر تبریز است و محلات مورد مطالعه نیز بخشی از محله رضوانشهر و حیدرآباد است .تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی- تحلیلی است و داده‌صها پس از گرداوری، در محیطGIS تجزیه وتحلیل می‌صشوند.نتایج نشان داد که خصوصیات فیزیکی سکونتگاه‌صهای غیررسمی شمال شهر تبریز بر تراکم محدوده مورد مطالعه تاثیرگذار بوده است و همچنین محدوده مورد مطالعه از نظر شاخص‌صهای کمی تراکم از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار می‌صباشد، لازم به ذکر است که خصوصیات محلات مورد مطالعه از لحاظ سایر شاخص‌صها مانند برخورداری از کاربری‌صهای بهداشتی-درمانی، آموزشی، فضای سبز و گذران اوقات فراغت و تفریحی و تاسیسات و تجهیزات شهری از وضعیت نامطلوبی برخوردار است
Informal settlements at the first glance represent a form of poverty, but at the same time reflect the shortcomings and inadequacy of some of the policies of the city's decision-making bodies that will eventually trigger this phenomenon. Informal settlements today make up significant parts of the big cities, Tabriz also follows this rule. Over the recent decades, unplanned neighborhoods and informal settlements have been developed and expanded largely outside the official development plan of the city, mainly in the margins of Tabriz and even in the city's main building. The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate the physical indicators of informal settlements based on the desirable density of Tabriz city and the neighborhoods of Eram, Rezvanshahr and Hyderabad. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical nature, and the data are analyzed in the GIS environment after the gathering. The results showed that the physical indicators of informal settlements northern city of Tabriz had an impact on the density of the study area. Also, the study area has a desirable position in terms of quantitative indices of density. It should be noted that the characteristics of the neighborhoods studied in terms of other indicators such as the use of health, educational, green spaces and Leisure and leisure activities, and urban facilities and facilities are in a bad situation
