در کشور ایران نیز اهمیت توجه به توسعه صنعت گردشگری در عرصه‌های کلان سیاست‌گذاری به‌درستی شناخته‌شده و اقداماتی نظیر چشم‌انداز بیست‌ساله کشور در حوزه گردشگری، نشانگر اهمیت دادن به این امر در حیطه‌های کلان سیاست‌گذاری است .این اقدامات بخصوص در روستاها با برنامه‌ریزی برای آمایش محیطی جهت توسعه‌ی گردشگری از آن دست اقداماتی است که در این مناطق می‌تواند منجر به توسعه و شناخت پتانسیل‌ها و جاذبه‌های گردشگری آن مکان شود .روستای اسپیران دارای مزیت‌ها و جاذبه‌های فراوان توریستی ازجمله جاذبه‌های طبیعی، جاذبه‌های تاریخی، جاذبه‌های فرهنگی مذهبی می‌صباشد .درحالی‌که تعداد اندکی از این جاذبه‌ها به دلیل عدم سرمایه‌گذاری کافی، کمبود خدمات و امکانات و زیرساخت‌های گردشگری و ... مورداستفاده گردشگران قرار می‌گیرد .این در حالی است که اگر برنامه‌ریزی مناسب و اصولی جهت توسعه گردشگری در این منطقه انجام گیرد، توانایی آن را دارد که به‌عنوان یکی قطبهای گردشگری کشور، مکانی مناسب جهت جذب گردشگران داخلی و خارجی مطرح باشد .هدف کلی از انجام این تحقیق آمایش محیطی منطقه اسپیران -واقع در شمال غرب تبریز- جهت توسعه گردشگری روستایی می-باشد .پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و روش پژوهش تحلیلی- تطبیقی است .شیوه گردآوری داده‌صها اسنادی، کتابخاصنه‌صای و میدانی بوده و همچنین و به منظور گردآوری داده‌صها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، استفاده شده است و با بهره گیری از مدل‌صهای ارزیابی چند معیاره AHP ، TOPSIS و سپس در نرم افزار ARC GIS نقشه‌صهای متغیرهای محیطی تهیه و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند .نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که از بین سه شاخص اصلی کالبدی نهادی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی برای روستای اسپیران شاخص کالبدی - نهادی به عنوان اولویت اول شاخص اجتماعی اولویت دوم و شاخص اقتصادی به عنوان اولویت سوم برای توسعه گردشگری روستایی اسپیران از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار است و همچنین وضعیت آینده بر اساس پیشران های تشکیل دهنده و شناسایی شده روستا ،گردشگری باید کنترل و هدایت گردد و برنامه ریزی بر چنین اساسی صورت گیرد

And if plan well to develop tourism in this area, It has the ability to be one of the country's tourism hubs, It is a good place to attract domestic and foreign tourists. The main purpose of this research is to study the environmental impacts of Spiran area in the northwest of Tabriz to develop rural tourism. The current research is an applied and analytical-comparative research method. The data collection method was documentary, library and field studies, and for collecting data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used and analyzed using multi-criteria evaluation models AHP and TOPSIS. The results of this study showed that among the three main indexes of institutional, social, and economic indexes for the Speeran village, the physical-institutional index as the first priority of the social index of the second priority and the economic index as the third priority for the development of rural spirean tourism is more important As well as the future status based on the constituent and identified proponents of the village, tourism should be controlled and planned and planned on such a basis
