.Undoubtedly, one of the most basic and most important principles in the implementation of development projects is the existence of a stable land for the construction of a building, and it is necessary to have a suitable soil, with the desired geotechnical features in place. Clay is one of the problematic soils in projects, especially road construction and damping due to low load carrying capacity and poor handling, and the ability to swell in the presence of water. One of the ways to reduce clay problems is to stabilize the soil. Soil stabilization is the collective term for any physical, chemical, or biological method, or any combination of such methods, employed to improve certain properties of a natural soil to make it serve adequately an intended engineering purpose. In recent years, extensive researches have been made on the use of new chemical substances such as chemical polymers and nanoparticles to fine-grained soil amendment.The use of organic polymers has become increasingly important in recent years, and these polymers have shown their ability to be used as an additive to soil stabilization
