تجارب تاریخی مطالعات روستایی بیان گر این واقعیت است که از اولین و مهمترین راهبردهای توسعه روستایی ، کشاورزی و فرصت های مربوط به آن، در زمینه کارآفرینی محسوب میشود.رآ ری، اا ه وری ااد، ودر اا درآ دم د . اوزه، رآ ان ر ادی، ر ده اران در ری از ر، از اان ر ه ا .ا راه رآ رآن، در روستاها ر م و در ورزی ر ص، ا ار دارد .از این رو شناسایی این موانع و معضلات میتواند در شناخت ابعاد مختلف مرتبط با کارآفرینی در بخش کشاورزی روستاها و موانع اشتغال آنها یاریگر باشد . .تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ روش توصیفی تحلیلی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی میباشد که با هدف تحلیل و شناسایی و اولویت بندی موانع مهم کارآفرینی کشاورزی از دیدگاه جامعه میزبان در روستاهای بخش مرکزی شهرستان اردبیل انجام گرفته است .جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل(۳۳۹۸) خانوار جامعه روستایی بوده است که حجم نمونه آن با استفاده از فرمول کوکران(۳۷۳) شد.ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه ای و پرسشنامه ای بود که با استفاده از نرم افزارSpss و ماهیت پژوهش تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های همبستگی اسپیرمن و رگرسیون چند متغیره انجام گرفت.بر این اساس نتایج آزمون همبستگی نشان داد که بین متغیر های فردی و کارآفرینی با همدیگررابطه همبستگی نسبتا قوی با ضریب همبستگی (/( ۴۸۴وسطح معناداری کمتر از۰۵/۰دیده میشود.و نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل رگرسیونی نشان داد که تاثیر همه موانع بر کارآفرینی کشاورزان بخش مرکزی شهرستان اردبیل موثر و معنی دار هستند با این حال بعد اجتماعی آموزشی با ضریب ( ۳۲۲/۰) نسبت به دیگر موانع مهمترین عامل موانع ،کارآفرینی و فعالیت کشاورزان بخش مرکزی شهرستان اردبیل می باشد
Historical experience of rural studies reveal the fact that entrepreneurship is the first and the most important strategies of rural development,agriculture and its related opportunity.Entrepreneurship has reduced unemployment,increased productivity of individuals,resources and finally increased income for people.Nowadays,the role of entrepreneurship as an economic development factor has been widely recognized by policymakers in many countries,such as Iran.But in the enrepreneurs plan and in the agricultural sector,there are some obstacles So,finding these obstacles can help in undrestanding the various aspects associated with entrepreneurship and paving the problems in rural agriculture and barriers to their unemployment.The present study is descriptive_analytical and purposeful.This study wanted to analyze and prioritize the important barriers of agricultural entrepreneurship from the viewpoint of the host society in the villages of the central part of Ardebil The statistic of this research includes 3398 rural househoulds. The sample size was determined using the Cochran formula.The data collection tool was analyzed using SPSS software,according to the nature of the research,data analysis was performed using Spearman correlation and multivariate regression.According to the results correlation test showed that between individual variables and entrepreneurship with each other,there is a relatively strong correlation with correlation coefficient 484 and meaningful level less than 0/5. And the results of regression analysis showed that all barriers to farmer's entrepreneurship are effective in Ardebil.Educational aspect has been the most important factor of agricultural entrepreneur compared to other factors in central part of Ardebil
