گردشگری ارتباط تنگاتنگی با توان‌صها و ظرفیت‌صهای ناحیه‌صای هر منطقه دارد و از این‌صرو اگر شناخت توان‌صهای محیطی به نحو شایسته‌صای صورت پذیرد، موجب اصلاح طرح‌صها و پیشگیری از بروز ناکامی‌صها در توسعه برنامه-ریزی گردشگری مناطق خواهدشد .از طرفی، هر منطقه با توجه به قابلیت‌صها و امکانات ژنتیکی و ذاتی خود می‌صتواند در محور توسعه قرارگیرد این شناخت، همراه با آگاهی از محدودیت‌صهای آن، در امر برنامه‌صریزی و توسعه پایدار، نقش عمده‌صای ایفا می‌صکند .پژوهش حاضر با عنوان ص‌چالش‌صهای توسعه اکوتوریسم مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار بر اساس مدلAHP و با اتکا به روش توصیفی تحلیلی، تلاشی است در جهت تبیین و تحلیل چالش‌صهای توسعه اکوتوریسم و برنامه‌صریزی اکوتوریسم مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار .این پژوهش بر آن بود تا به تبیین و تحلیل چالش‌صهای توسعه اکوتوریسم در شهرستان خوی پرداخته و از این طریق به برنامه‌صریزی اکوتوریسم مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار بپردازد .بنابراین در این پژوهش ضمن بررسی و معرفی توان‌صهای بالقوه اکوتوریستی در شهرستان خوی نقاط قوت و ضعف، فرصت‌صها و تهدیدهای اکوتوریسم به ویژه در منطقه خوی توسط مدل AHPو چالش‌صهای موجود در زمینه توسعه اکوتوریستی مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار در شهرستان بررسی شده‌است .نتایج پژوهش ضرورت برنامه‌صریزی مناسب گردشگری با اهداف توسعه پایدار، توسعه گردشگری طبیعت محور، ایجاد اشتغال و رفع محرومیت‌صها و محدودیت‌صهای شهرستان را نشان می‌صدهد .همچنین یکی از مباحث اساسی برای توسعه کمپ‌صهای توریستی، توجه به امکانات زیربنایی مانند جاده، آب، برق، تلفن، جاده‌صهای آسفالته و خاکی هموار می‌صباشد .در این زمینه ابتدا باید به فاصله نقطه گردشگری تا نزدیک‌صترین شهر توجه اساسی نشان داده و سپس اقدام به گزینش نقاط مستعد به عنوان ایستگاه‌صهای میان‌راهی نمود .تا از هر طرف دسترسی ها آسان بوده و گردشگران با آسایش و فراغت خاطر بیشتری از این نقاط بهره مند گردند
Tourism is closely linked to the regional capabilities and capabilities of each region, and thus, if the recognition of environmental capabilities is done properly, it will correct plans and prevent failures in the development of tourism planning in the regions. On the other hand, each region can be at the center of its development according to its own genetic and innate capabilities. This knowledge, along with its knowledge of its limitations, plays a major role in planning and sustainable development. The present research, entitled "The Challenges of Ecotourism Based on Sustainable Development Based on the AHP Model", is an attempt to introduce the above-mentioned approach and to explain and analyze the challenges of ecotourism development and ecotourism development based on sustainable development. This research was aimed at explaining and analyzing the challenges of ecotourism development in Khoy city and thereby planning ecotourism based on sustainable development. Therefore, in this study, while investigating and introducing the potential ecotouristic potentials in the city of Khoy, the strengths and weaknesses, the opportunities and threats of ecotourism, especially in the Khoy region, are examined by the AHP model and the challenges of sustainable ecotourism development in the city. The results of the research indicate the necessity of proper tourism planning with the goals of sustainable development, development of natural tourism, creation of employment and removal of city deprivation and restrictions. Also, one of the main topics for the development of tourist camps is to pay attention to infrastructure such as roads, water, electricity, telephone, paved roads and dirt. In this field, first of all, it is necessary to highlight the distance from the point of tourism to the nearest town and then select the points of interest as intermediate stations
