قلدری به عنوان رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه ، مکرر و عمدی تعریف شده است که توسط فرد قلدر در برابر همسالان ضعیف تر که قربانی نامیده می شوند اعمال می شود .در چند دهه اخیر، پدیده قربانی شدن توسط همسالان یک مشکل مهم و درخور توجه از نظر پژوهش و مداخله است.از دیدگاه شناختی-اجتماعی افراد قربانی، فاقد مهارت‌صهای اجتماعی لازم از جمله مهارت حل مساله اجتماعی جهت برقراری روابط مثبت با همسالان می‌صباشند، همچنین نقص در کفایت اجتماعی در دانش آموزان قربانی قلدری یکی از عوامل تشدید و تداوم قربانی شدن این افراد است .از آنجا که مطالعات انجام شده، حاکی از تاثیر یادگیری حل مساله بر توان مقابله با قربانی شدن دانش آموزان است، در این راستا هدف این پژوهش طراحی برنامه آموزش حل مساله اجتماعی و تعیین اثربخشی آن برارتقای مولفه های کفایت اجتماعی وکاهش رفتار قربانی شدن دانش آموزان قربانی قلدری بود .روش :این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون و گروه گواه بود .جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دبیرستان های دخترانه دوره اول شهر تبریز در سال تحصیلی‮‭۹۵ - ۹۶‬بود و نمونه آماری شامل ‮‭۳۰‬ دانش آموز قربانی قلدری بود که به روش خوشه ا ی تصادفی در چند مرحله انتخاب و به شیوه تصادفی در دو گروه ‮‭۱۵‬ نفری آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند.گروه آزمایش طی ‮‭۱۰‬ جلسه تحت آموزش برنامه حل مساله اجتماعی قرار گرفت .برای جمع آوری داده ها از مقیاس قربانی قلدری کالیفرنیا و مقیاس کفایت اجتماعی فلنر استفاده شد .داده ها به وسیله‮‭۱۶ - SPSS‬با روش تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت .یافته های حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد، آموزش برنامه حل مساله اجتماعی طراحی شده بر ارتقای کلیه مولفه های کفایت اجتماعی وکاهش رفتار قربانی شدن دانش آموزان قربانی قلدری، تاثیر معنی داری داشته است .(>‮‭(۰۰۵/۰P‬از آنجا که نتایج، بیان گر اثربخشی برنامه طراحی شده در ارتقای کفایت اجتماعی و کاهش قربانی شدن دانش آموزان بود .پیشنهاد می شود که برنامه آموزش حل مساله اجتماعی به عنوان بخشی از دوره های آموزش ضمن خدمت متولیان درگیر با دانش آموزان، جهت ارتقای مهارت های مقابله ای دانش آموزان قربانی قلدری قرار گیرد

Bullying is defined as a subcategory of interpersonal aggression that is distinguished from other forms of aggression by three criteria of intentionality, repetition and imbalance of power. when bullying occurs, some people are damaged that are called victims of bullying. Victimization by peers is a dynamic social process which is often associated with increased risk of wide range of long-term and short-term adjustment problems and based on studies, it can be interfere by logical ways in it.Because of studies have shown Impact of Learning problem-solving ability to cope with victimization in students victims of bulling,also The deficit in social competence in students a victim of bullying One of the factors and the continuing victimization of those people On the other hand, studies show that the impact of learning on promoting social competence is problem solving The purpose of this research, curriculum development, community problem solving Determine its effectiveness in promoting social competence components student was a victim of bullying. in this regard The aim of this study was Developing a social problem solving Training program and Evaluate its effectiveness on Reducing the victimization of students victims of bullying.This study was a quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest with control group. The population studied included all the first period high school female students in Tabriz in the academic year 96-95. The research sample consisted of 30 students was a victim of bullying through multi-stage random cluster sampling of the selected and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The experimental group in 10 sessions were trained in social problem-solving program. For data collection used victim of bullying California scale. The collected data were analyzed applying SPSS-19 software via MANCOVA method. The finding of the present study demonstrated a significant positive impact of social problem solving training on reduction of victimization of students. showed that this training program is managed as an effective intervention to reduce victimization of students Victims of Bullying and also on all components of social competence students are victims of bullying, had a significant impact.According to the results, social problem solving training programs should be offered and used as a part of training courses for all Trustees involved with students to promote coping skills students victims of bullying
