.Measure the relative displacement of the structures of important issues of sustainability and safety control structures against earthquakes and other factors. The aim of this thesis to design a system for controlling the relative movement of large structures using photogrammetry, Check close-range photogrammetry to determine the displacement of the production structures and physical data needed to control the output of the system is based. The system is designed in this study consists of two major parts; Photogrammetry and image processing operations to measure the three-dimensional coordinates of points, so the task of predicting structural behavior modeling process is responsible for handling structures based on the training data. To demonstrate the effectiveness of systems designed experiment was conducted. In this thesis, it was decided to take possession of the necessary observation of the filming method used to supply the input images of the photogrammetry. Data from photogrammetry in this study three-dimensional position of the camera stations at any given moment, which was obtained using the software PhotoModeler Scanner.
