#The ocjectives are as follows:1. to use a formally developed value measurement instrument. 2. measure the values of a sample group of male and female Iranian entrepreneurs. 3. To investigate the value differences, if any between Iranian entrepreneurs in the sample group and successful american managers and entrepreneurs. 4. To compare these value differences, if any , on the basis of age, income, marital status, years of experience, education, and duration of stay within the united states. 5. To upgrade the empirical literatureon on entrepreneurial values.6. To compare the value profile differences between males and females. In addition to the introductory material presented so far, the study includes four more chapters. A review of related literature is presented in Chapter II. The methodology for the study, including instrument, a detailed description of the study of valuse, an overview of the study group, presentation of data collection, and data processing is presented in Chapter III. Chapter IV includes findings of processed data; Chapter V summarizes the study and offers conclusions that may be drawn from the study.
