Abū Saʿd Naṣr b. Yaʿqūb al-Dīnawarī (d. after 400/1010) was an adīb (litterateur) and kātib (secretary) to the Ghaznavid ruler Yamīn al-Dawla Maḥmūd al-Ghaznawī (r. 388-421/998-1030). He resided in Nīshāpūr as a government functionary.
