This book constitutes the proceedings papers from the 17th European, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern Conference on Information Systems, EMCIS 2020, held in Dubai, UAE, in November 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the conference took place virtually. EMCIS focuses on approaches that facilitate the identification of innovative research of significant relevance to the Information Systems discipline following sound research methodologies that lead to results of measurable impact.
