Diesel engines, with a wide range, does not have an electric spark and can ignite material. This engine is used to ignite the fuel from the high temperatures. In this research manufacturing different parts of the diesel engines to increase the efficiency and decrease the scrap rate in long working condition has been discussed. Also, machining of various parts of the engine has been carried out to produce parts with better accuracy and higher quality. Results showed that using this sort of engines can decrease broken rate up to 20% compare to petrol engines. Also, producing engine part with high temperature resistance is a good solution to increase the longevity and performance of the engine.
