This study deals with health outcomes of gas flaring on global scale and measures the emission levels of greenhouse gases and life expectancy. This approach so far includes ecological studies, computer simulations and the use of SPSS and excels spreadsheets. An ecologic study design was used to investigate the relationship between exposure to nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide and methane produced by petroleum industries in oil producing and non-oil producing countries.
