Accompanying computer disk contains two folders: source and examples. The source folder has all the source code, the input data files, and a subfolder named: others. The examples folder has the output data files that were generated from the 10 examples in Appendix C. These routines were originally developed on a UNIX workstation and then ported to a PC with the WINDOWS 95 operating system
